If you do access the Website, and /or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out below. 

How to Order: All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.

Method of Payment: You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch Solo, Maestro, Electron and JCB . We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by The Back Page for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.

Out-of-Stock: If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address or by post. 

We get authorisation from your card at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Pricing Policy: VAT & The EU, All products on thebackpagenewcastle.com are priced in pounds sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible.

Variation: Prices on thebackpagenewcastle.com may vary on occasions from those found in our retail store. 

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from following exceptions:

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Use of Promotional Vouchers: Please note that these are the conditions under which a promotional voucher can be used. The offer is only valid on one purchase. It is not valid with any other promotion, Price Beater, offer, discount, sale item, group sales price or special order. 

Delivery: Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website. We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible, however for a guaranteed delivery date please use one of our urgent or guaranteed delivery services.

he maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed. 

In the event that your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact us. You will need to provide us with a dated copy of your signature along with your written instructions and details of your order.

For deliveries to be despatched the same working day, orders must be received before 12.00pm GMT. After this time we can't guarantee orders being processed on the same day. 

Return of Goods Policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.

Items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.) 

Complaints: We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to info@backpagenewcastle.com, or mailed to The Back Page, 56 St Andrews Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 5SF. Alternatively, you may telephone us on 0191 2615551 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

Errors and Omissions. We strive to keep our website and publications accurate, up to date and error free. However, whilst every effort has been made to make them so, no responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. 

Data Protection and Privacy: Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
